Can I purchase a ticket by invoice?

Yes, please write an email to hello@craft-conf.com. Make sure to include the number and type of tickets that you would like to purchase, your company name, billing address, and VAT ID in the email.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes you can, up to 2 weeks prior to Craft via the email you received the ticket in. Click on “change details” and then “Re-assign”.

Something came up and I can’t attend, can I get a refund?

Yes, attendees may request a full refund via e-mail for a period of 14 days after the creation of the final invoice of the tickets. After this 14-day period attendees are still able to request a partial refund of the tickets of 65% of the participation fee.

Can I access the slides and videos of the talks?

We will share all presentations and recordings where the speaker authorized us to do so. You can access the slides through our website and the recordings on our YouTube account. If you attended the conference we will send you an email as soon as they are available.

When will the workshop locations be announced?

Workshop venues will be announced 2 weeks before the conference vie email.

I plan to arrive by car, where can I park?

The venue has a 300 space parking lot that you can use free of charge.

Is there a way I can keep in touch with the organizers and the people I met at the conference?

Of course. You're welcome to join our Slack channel where you will be able to chat with other attendees and the organizers for updates pre, during and after the conference and make sure your stay in Budapest is well spent. You can join through this link.
