What is Craft Conference?

What is a hybrid conference?
Craft Conference is going to be a hybrid event which means attendees can join online as well as in-person.
Can I purchase a ticket by invoice?
Yes, please write an email to [email protected]. Make sure to include the number and type of tickets that you would like to purchase, your company name, billing address, and VAT number in the email.
Will the talks be recorded?
Yes. All sessions will be recorded and shared with participants after the event.
Can I access the slides and videos of the talks after the conference?
We will share all presentations and recordings where the speaker authorized us to do so. If you attended the conference we will send you an email as soon as they are available. Please note: the slides and videos will only be available for those who have attended Craft Conference.
How can I join the conference?
Craft Conference will be held in person this year at the Hungarian Railway Museum.
As Craft is going to be hybrid, participants have the opportunity to join the conference online as well with the help of our virtual event platform.
How can I connect with fellow attendees?
Everyone is open and approachable, so feel free to start conversations. In addition, there will be a networking party on the first evening, which you are more than welcome to attend!
How do I get tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through the official event website.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. If you can’t attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 14 days before the event. Just contact us and we’ll update the registration details for you.
Do you offer team discounts?
Yes. If you’re planning to attend with your team, we offer special group discounts. Attending together is a great way to learn faster, share ideas, and bring the most value back to your company. If you’d like a team offer, just contact us at [email protected] and we’ll send you the details.
What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket gives you full access to the entire Craft Conference experience. This includes access to all conference tracks, expert talks, panel discussions, and networking opportunities throughout the day. You’ll also receive access to the recorded sessions and presentation slides after the event, so you can revisit the most valuable insights anytime.
Is food and coffee included?
Yes. Your ticket includes coffee, refreshments, and lunch during the conference day. It also includes dinner on the first day. We make sure you can focus on learning, networking, and enjoying the event without worrying about logistics.

Can I apply as a speaker?
The Call for Papers (CFP) is usually open for the upcoming Craft Conference until November each year.
You can always find the current CFP status on the Speakers page of the website. If the CFP is open, the application form and all necessary details will be available there.
We encourage early applications, as review and selection happen on a rolling basis.
