Prezi is a product that has been under development for close to 10 years now and - just like most companies - started with physical machines and only later moved to the cloud. In this talk, I would like to tell you the wild journey of how Prezi's entire infrastructure launched into the troposphere, including its 90+ microservices, multi-master CI, and terabytes of user-uploaded multimedia content. We will talk about the good, the bad and the ugly parts of living in the sky and moving there.
