Modern autonomous driving projects often reflect the structure of distributed agile software
development. These projects are inherently complex due to the large number of software
components, extensive CI/CT activities and the synergy of classical and AI-based algorithms. This talk
is about finding the right balance in innovation, adhering to automotive processes and ensuring
continuous delivery in autonomous driving product development, simultaneously scaling the
technical architecture and the project organization for future-proof software development.
