About Julia Västrik

Julia is an Agile Coach, leadership trainer, and conference speaker who focuses on helping leaders and teams thrive in complex environments. With a background in software engineering, project management, and enterprise agility, she brings deep expertise in team dynamics, leadership development, and organizational change.

Passionate about exploring ideas in depth and driven by curiosity, Julia enjoys connecting concepts across disciplines, synthesizing insights, and uncovering patterns across diverse domains. She is an active member of the Agile community, a board member of Agile Estonia, organizing meetups and the Agile Saturday Tallinn conference, and is dedicated to helping leaders adapt their approach to fit their teams, organizations, and challenges.

Currently, Julia works as an Agile Coach at the Estonian start-up Scoro while also running her own company, providing training and consulting services.
