Behavior and attitude, the new Agile approach
Level: General

We don't have a methodology problem; we have a behavior problem. "Experts" constantly tell us to "get the right mindset" and other related pseudoscience, driven by the Agile industrial complex, nothing more than a burned out certification business.

We are constantly bombarded by retelling and reimagining of the same old methodologies and approaches, and yet none seem to be sticking. If they are all so effective why do we need yet another "transformation"? There must be a different problem we are missing, and now as the Agile business is in crisis we must look at the reasons why.

In this keynote presentation, Thurlow will examine what incentivizes today's business leaders and how we must adapt and deal with the attitudinal issues that prevent real change from occurring and sustaining itself. He will give you practical tips and talk from his recent experiences with a global telco client.

Join Nigel as he removes the veil of BS that is peddled daily by purveyors of mystical incantations as you learn how to emerge from the post Agile pyramid selling business of PDF certification.
