Platform teams have the privilege of being scalers by default. Everything we do touches the life of hundreds if not thousands of engineers. So... how do we make sure we're changing things for the better?
In this talk we'll go over what it means to be an engineer in a platform team and how to properly evaluate the work we do to make sure we're always delivering our best. All of this, coming from the perspective of someone who very recently made the switch after a decade of building products.
