Ferenc Hegedüs is a vehicle engineer and an enthusiastic software developer with a main professional area of interest in automated driving. In the last decade he was involved in the software development of various automotive products and pursued his PhD in motion planning for automated road vehicles. He is currently working on algorithms and validation methods for radar sensor-based environment models at Continental. Ferenc believes that a high level of automation of the development and testing processes as well as efficient tools are essential for delivering quality software to the customer in a timely manner.
