In this talk we will take you onto a journey through the Tesco estate and look at the various cost saving initiatives that make a big impact when you run things on Tesco scale. How would you monitor and log 1.6M micro services in an efficient and cost effective way? How would you combine the strength of public and private clouds in a hybrid setup?
